Recycled Stretch Film

EcoGreen is made with 30% recycled polymer granules which are specially customized to meet the need of our valued customers in Europe and the UK.

Alone in the UK about 5 million tonnes of plastic are consumed in each year and about 80% of the plastic goes into the environment as trash but with the use of 30% recycled Stretch film, we can reduce the plastic waste generated considerably indeed helping our ecosystem greatly.

Although we use 30% recycled material, our special blend of other polymers ensures the high performance of the film for the machine (automatic) and hand wrap application without compromising the mechanical properties of the film

Heading 4Features of our EcoGreen Recycled Stretch Film :

 9-layer machine stretch film

Very high load stability

Very high mechanical and tear resistance

Good puncture resistance

Plays a major role in the circular economy of plastic films

Up to a share of 30% post-consumer recycle (PCR)

The right mixture is the key

For good seaworthy packaging, Mechanical properties such as stretchability, puncture resistance, and holding forces are of primary importance and when we use 30% PCR recycled material at NPF, we ensure the perfect blend of other premium grade raw materials to achieve all desired mechanical properties of the film
